Recovery after family violence

The Willow Group is an 6-week online therapeutic group for women who have experienced family violence and are ready for supported recovery and rebuilding. Like the willow, this group is about strength with flexibility - offering a steady, compassionate space to heal, reconnect, and move forward at a pace that feels safe.

This program is for women who are not currently experiencing active family violence and are no longer living with the perpetrator, with a focus on stabilisation, capacity-building, and connection.
